Training Philosophy
.I use an unlimited combination of training styles, equipment, training techniques, nutrition and a great support system.
I have clients that have lost 50 to 70 pounds in only 10 to 12 weeks.

Health and fitness have always been a big part of my life.
Working in commercial gyms, small studios, outdoor training, with athletes, public and private school PE programs, has given me a broad range of experience and exposure to many different training environments.
I have also trained clients in Miami, NYC and NJ.
This evolutionary growth process has helped me develop into a well rounded fitness expert.
