Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
One of the main goals of training is to give my clients the very best workout they could have hoped for but at the same time, take strides in correcting the bad image that so many personal trainers have. I feel like I have an enormous amount of knowledge in the realm of training for physical fitness and health. This knowledge I want to share with my clients. Any trainer can make their client sweat and be sore. That isn't the hard part of training. When I train I want my clients to understand what and why they are training a certain way. Not so much as to give a crash course in Human Anatomy and Physiology but so they understand their workout to a much deeper degree than just repititions and sets. I want people to have a larger appreciation for the human body and its capabilities. By showing and teaching clients what their bodies are capable of, they often suprise themselves and benefit more in the long run.
