Personal Trainer Overview

I use a a mixture of traditional muscle specific resistance training, mixed with new funtional total body movements to build,tone,and shape the body and develop cordination and balance for everday activities.

Training Philosophy

As a person who was once obese, I understand the work and dedication to a new lifestye it takes to achieve and maintain the body we all espire to have.

Not only will I teach you a new way of living but more importantly walk with you on a daily basis to maintain your goals once achieved.

One must understand and always remember that this is not a race with a predetermined finish line, but a change is lifestyle and a development of new habits that must be lived daily to maintain a healthy mind/body balance.

Bio

Having once weighed 315 lbs, I understand the dedication required to transform and enhance ones quality of life.

In the Summer of 1994, I made the best decision of my life and began the difficult journey to lose the weight and change my life.

I achieved some success on my own. However, the permanent changes occurred when I hired a personal trainer. Through his expert counsel, I learned the truth about nutrition, resistance training, and efficient cardiovascular exercise to increase my metabolism, and burn fat effectively.

This positive experience inspired me to become an Orlando Florida Based Certified Personal Trainer in 1996 so that I may inspire others to love life through health and fitness.
