Mobile personal trainer ready to serve you. I am a ACSM certified personal trainer licensed and insured ready to come to your home to train you. I can help with weight loss, sport specific training, muscle building, toning, and just improve your well being through fitness.
I use a variety of equipment including dumbbells and resistance cords. I can train at your home with or without your own exercise equipement. Or at your apartment gym and outdoors at times if weather permits. If I can find a place to train you, I will.
