Bio
I have always been an athlete at heart. I was involved in organized sports since elementary school. I was on the soccer team, swim team. tennis team, rugby team and also ran track and middle long distance.
I love staying fit and I would like to share my knowledge and help individuals who would like to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
