Personal Trainer Overview

I help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through a comprehensive assessment process, regular goal setting sessions, and by getting to know my clients better than any other trainer or gym ever has. My style of training is considered functional fitness with a modern twist of creativity and progressive exercise programming. Each exercise is 100% efficient at getting the individual to their goals as safe and timely as possible.

Training Philosophy

It is my goal to make each of my clients feel better about themselves. Walk taller. Feel more confident and alive. Rejuvenated and fresh. I want to help them make life more purposeful, productive and rewarding. In many cases, I want to influence their friends and family to be a personal support network for them as well. I won't define fitness for my clients, after-all it is their vision. I use a plethora of methods to help each individual including: weight training, cardio, nutrition, yoga, pilates, stretching, calisthenics, plyometrics, nutritional education and conversation. Personal training should not be a temporary solution but a life changing decision. This is not a fad or a quick fix, but will give you real, tangible results. I am personally motivated by achievement and I want my clients to share that emotion and find our sessions to be that catalyst they have been looking for. I have a successful track record of nearly a decade with personal fitness training a multitude of clients and goals. I am a continuous learner and believe highly in education and continuous education. My goal is to create a healthy and fit community not just a business.

Bio

Wade has a Bachelor's degree from UW-Platteville in Health Promotion. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Wade has worked as a personal trainer since 2006 and has trained with a multitude of individuals helping each reach their specific health and fitness goals. His background in exercise physiology and ergonomics has given Wade the skills to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs, lifestyles and personalities.
