Bio
My name is Vince Ardito and am the sole proprietor of Xtreme Fitness Gym. I am a current graduate of National Personal Training Institute. I have completed 300 hours of classroom instruction and 200 hours of hands on training in the gym. I have been a personal trainer for the past 2 years, also have owned my own gym for the past year. Before I attened NPTI I went to the University of Akron and went for my bachelors in neurology and radiology. After Akron I took a break from school and though about what I really wanted to do with my carreer and it was more involved in helping people face to face. I wanted to do something I loved to do and that fitness! Leading a healthy lifestyle and working out has been a part of my likfe for as long as I could remember. I figured with personal training I could help people with my knowledge of of fitness.
