Training Philosophy
I believe most fight inner will to workout. Many say I will start tomorrow, and when tomorrow comes you will then put if off another day. Buying workout DVD programs usually collect dust, because of the same reason. But working out in a group class, you have everyone working to improve themselves together. You work hard, you push yourself and your not alone fighting for the end results you want to achieve. My goal is for my clients to live healthier and do things many years more than they thought they could. Learn how to do proper moves when lifting weights and transfer this knowledge in their everyday lives at home or work.
