Personal Trainer Overview

Evo is a way of living. Living with integrity, pursuing the highest and best for yourself and others. This system begins with the foundation of every system in your body: your nervous system.

No other training system allows the power of the nervous system to be fully tapped.

We are already fit, fast, and strong. We need to learn how to display it whenever we call upon it and to recover from these displays.

There have been many stories of little old ladies displaying herculean strength to lift cars off of children etc. The body is capable of far more than we can display on command.

Evo is about training your nervous system to display maximum performance and maximum recovery simultaneously.

This is done in both training and rehabilitation settings. Imagine a spasm in a muscle. Muscles do not spasm on their own! They are signaled by the nervous system to do so! Change the signal and change the spasm.

If we want to truly recover from a nagging injury, we need to get a the neurological root of the problem rather than approaching the physical symptoms.

Training Philosophy

The Human is a miracle. We were born to be fit, fast, powerful and pain-free for our whole lives. If we are not fulfilling our potential and maximizing our abilities, then we are accelerating the dying process. Evo UltraPerformance is a place where we believe in the human and the miracles we were created to be. All we need is a targeted and intense push in the right direction!

Neurological Soft Tissue Therapy: Where your pain or injury is felt is in most cases not the origin of the problem. NST Therapy utilizes neurological information to locate the true origins of pain, dysfunction and injury: The neurological disconnect. (An area where the brain is protectively not allowing force to be absorbed appropriately). This area causes others to compensate for it and the body winds up with injury and that injury is perpetuated and never fully goes away as long as this of inappropriate protective "muscle memory" exists in the body.

LOCATE THE DISCONNECT + DISRUPT THE INAPPROPRIATE SIGNALING AND TRAIN IN THE APPROPRIATE SIGNALING + MOVE APPROPRIATELY = PAIN and INJURY FREE.

POVsport Training: TRAINING + RECOVERY, SIMULTANEOUSLY. Stimulate your body to create the results you are after. Upgrade your nervous system to perform and recover from any task and the nervous system will adapt your body to accomplish that task! The POV is the greatest technology in training today!

EvoSport Training: Not the easy way, the RIGHT way! Master your body and understand that HOW you move is much more important than which movements you choose. Train your body to use the right muscles for the right job and watch your performance, body composition, flexibility, endurance and coordination jump off the charts!
