Bio
Ty is a 2004 graduate of Kewaunee High School where I ran 2 years of cross country and 4 years of track and field. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he majored in Health Promotion and Wellness and minored in Strength and Conditioning. While in college, Ty helped with Kewaunee Athletics on the sidelines as a Student Athletic Trainer/Strength Coach. He also worked in the Exercise Physiology Lab on campus doing basic fitness testing for students. After completing his internship at Bellin Sports Medicine’s XL Athletic Performance Center, Ty worked for Fitness 19 as the Head Personal Trainer. Branching out from Fitness 19, he decided to start his own independent personal training business in order to better meet the needs of his clients and those seeking his services. And that brings us to today where he is helping people with their health needs and fitness goals through exercise therapy and personal training. In Ty's down time you can catch him playing a few games of volleyball or basketball, working out, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
