I train people now because I ended up loving the sport of boxing, not the business of boxing but the sport of it and I can box through the minds and body's of people I train.
Training Philosophy
Outstanding cross-training for any sport that relies on “core strength” (e.g. golf, tennis, baseball, football, basketball, martial arts, and more).
Both an aerobic and anaerobic conditioning component.
