We have over 15 years experience, we stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, tools, and perfomrance to give you the best results possible. we listen to you and work to understand what you want for your body and why you want it, then our personal trainers put together a full, custom program just for you, including diet and nutritional guidelines, physical development including stability, balance, core, strength and power, and help in understanding motivation.We’ve established a solid track record of turning people’s fitness levels and weight loss around. Training Philosophy
Trina K Kubitschek is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer. She started teaching Group X classes back in 1998. Trina was certified thru N.A.S.M as a Personal Trainer in the year 2000. She started running at the age of 30 and from there she has finished over 5 dozen races and started a group running club which is now being coached by volunteers. Starting CrossFit in 2009 and has not turned back since. Trina just finished graduating with her bachelor’s degree in business management, and will be pursing her masters in nutrition.

Tony is a CrossFit Level-1 Certified Coach who enjoys working with athletes coaching football, training young motocross races, to working with adults of varying abilities in endurance and strength training. Include something about the games here as well.
