Personal Trainer Overview

I constantly study other successful trainers and training methodologies. I like to incorporate a little bit of everything into a clients program. Clients will do athlete type workouts, trx, weight training, flexibility training, and more. No session is really ever the same. The clients stay in engaged and motivated.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy has changed over the years with becoming a more seasoned trainer. I feel goal setting is the first step and crucial, making sure the person is ready to make that lifestyle change. From there a nutrition program is discussed. Once we begin training I feel core, flexibility, and mobility training are crucial before we get deep into the program.
