Training Philosophy
Fitness is a life long journey we all must take. Some of us can handle the pain and turn it into enlightenment. I've always been in love with training and working out. I wake up wanting to go to the gym and dream about what Im gonna do there tomorrow. I feel lucky to have this mentallity and I truly wish to share it with you.
Most of my training theories are based on simple, effective and proven fitness practices . Form, Balance, Nutrition, Discipline, Motivation and Desire are just a few of the areas you will learn about. Sure theres a bunch more to know. But if your really intrested, just like water seeks it's own level you will find your own level of knowledge when your ready.
Personal Training is a pleasure and to train you would be an even greater one. If your on the fence and wondering what to do just remeber avoid the easy way out. Face your battles head on and fight! Wrestling: I am 4 time varsity letter man and 3 time captain of my High School wrestling team. However, none of this would have been possible if not for the excellent coaches who trained me.
Currently: I personal train men and women of all ages and athletic abilities. Whether you're just getting back into the gym or you're looking to loose those stubborn last few pounds. I enjoy helping people change their bodies and life styles.
