Personal Trainer Overview

Trainer Zone Fitness provides individuals the opportunity to exceed their fitness expectations. We deliver this through expert coaching, a mixture of traditional and functional training, convenient scheduling, goal specific nutritional and exercise programs. We are dedicated to providing a high-energy environment for training. We provide personal training to the Inland Empire and North County San Diego.

Bio

There’s a point in life where we get so involved in day to day chaos that we forget about ourselves and we focus on work, family, friends, social life and everything else. One of the first things to go is our own health and fitness. I’ve been there, done that and have the photos to prove it. I realized I needed to make some changes and work my tail off to get back to where I wanted to be.

That journey took me a little over 9 months and I owed a lot to my personal trainer. He taught me all about healthy lifestyle habits and smoked me every time I walked into the gym. I realized that no matter what, I wasn’t going to let “Life” do a number on me again. The change that occurred wasn’t only physical, I went through some major mental breakthroughs and I owed it all to my trainer. It was shortly after that experience, that I knew I wanted to help others accomplish the same thing.

I am an NCEP Certified Personal Trainer – with a focus in functional movement, strength & conditioning and healthy eating. If you listen to my advice, you’ll reach the goals you set for yourself and break through physical and mental barriers along the way.

My training style combines traditional weights, body weight resistance, functional movement, cardio and flexibility into highly-effective 50 minute sessions.
