Personal Trainer Overview

If you are looking to improve your overall body tone, increase cardiovascular strength and endurance, sports specific fitness, weight loss, or help with fitness during and after pregnancy, I can help you achieve the results you desire.

I utilize a myriad of effective training modalities to achieve results. My workouts are diverse and will introduce you to a vast array of techniques and tools including barbells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight training, yoga, balance, stability, high intensity interval training, metabolic conditioning, suspension training, strength and power development, plyometrics, calisthenics, flexibility, and much more!

I provide everything you need to achieve the health, fitness, and physique you deserve.

Training Philosophy

I believe in increasing the training intensity of workouts while decreasing the duration. Basically, "You can train hard or you can train long, but you can't do both."

Bio

T.J . is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is also a National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association Certified Life Strategies Coach. T.J. has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Science degree in Health and Fitness from Cincinnati State, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix (where he graduated with honors). T.J. is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration and is a founding member of the Lambda Sigma Chapter.

T.J. has earned hundreds of hours of continuing education in corrective exercise strategies, developing clinical exercise programs for special populations, age-appropriate fitness programs, and sports enhancement. He has worked with junior, professional, and Olympic athletes, was a trainer for the ATP and he has trained several National Junior Tennis Champions. T.J. continues to work with fitness enthusiasts and developing age-appropriate fitness programs to prevent injury, improve posture, lose fat, relieve stress, and lead a high-quality life. He also provides training to tennis players and golfers seeking to improve his or her game and increasing performance on the court and on the course.
