Personal Trainer Overview

I have been a personal trainer since 1985. I started my career volunteering at local gym and soon found my passion to help others achieve their fitness goals.I have trained both men and women of all fitness levels from marathon runners, traithletes, and first time gym goers.

Training Philosophy

Everyone has their own individuals fitness goals -- as a trainer I structure an exercise regimen according to my client's fitness levels and specific goals such as weight loss, lean muscle gain, endurance or muscular strength.

Bio

I have extensive knowlegde as a personal trainer and i use my passion for training to educate, motivate, and inspire all my clients. I join them in their journey to accomplish and often exceed their expectations.
