Training Philosophy
I offer a mobile service convenient to my clients; my services include but are not limited to one on one personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, sport specific training, triathlon and marathon preparation, Olympic training, resistance training, injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal, weight management, adolescent, youth, teenage programs, boot camps, adult and childhood obesity, and senior flexibility programs are also available.
I believe that my clients are my business card and I treat all of my clients that way. When you work with me as your trainer you become my art canvas. I want you not to dream of the dream but make your dream become a reality. I will help you achieve that every step of the way. It is not going to be easy, sweat, tears and hard work but I will not let you quit��together we are going to transform your body into the new and improved you. My desire to be involved in the industry began in Senior High School and followed me through college. I was never the "jock" throughout school more of the "skinny kid" with no muscle.
After trying product after product, different regimens, diet plans all to no avail, I just wanted to answer the question of why, (one must remember there was no Google search back then) so off to college it was and here we are 20 years later.
Although many aspects of personal training, fitness, exercise and nutrition still remain an untouched market and there are so many people who heed the wrong advice from non-professionals, my desire to continue with educating myself in the newest techniques and technology has never diminished.
I have taken my passion for what I do to new and somewhat unforeseen horizons in the last year by authoring and publishing three books on exercise, fitness and nutrition, as well as joining forces with the Presidents Council on Exercise and Nutrition and becoming an advocate in the fight against childhood obesity.
There is no greater feeling in my opinion then taking a person who does not believe they could ever look or feel better and turning their dream into a reality.
My goal is to take my business to the next level this year by delivering more motivational seminars on exercise, nutrition and obesity as well as networking with more professionals in the industry and to mentor those individuals who have the desire to not just be your average personal trainer but rather those who have the educational background, the passion, the desire, the patience, willingness to care and can see themselves being a successful professional in this industry.

Presidents Council On Sports and Nutrition January 2011 � present (1 year 2 months)The Presidents Council on Exercise, Sports and Nutrition developed what is known as the Presidential Fitness Award which is taken by students. In Atlanta there are many children who are home schooled and up until now were unable to take these tests. I truly believe that every child should be able to participate in the Presidential Fitness Test regardless of different socioeconomic status' which is the reasoning behind why I decided to volunteer my time and resources each month. In my opinion there is no monetary value that can replace the smiles on a child's face.
