Personal Trainer Overview
Hey! I’m Tiffany. I’ve been heavy all my life – until I decided to change that for good. But I don’t want to talk about me (unless you’ve got questions, shoot those at me ASAP!). I want to talk about what my journey, experience and certifications can do to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals. As someone who has reached a healthy and happy weight and continues to work and train for newer and bigger goals all the time, I know what it’s like to want something so bad but not know how to start. I was really lucky and found an amazing community of people who helped me feel less like a fool and more like what we all are – works in progress. I want to be that for you.

Training Philosophy
My philosophy for training is sustainability, longevity and functionality. I want you to do whatever you do on a daily basis, but better, faster, and with more vigor. I want you to take life, however it looks to you, from motherhood to retirement’s physical activities to training for a particular event, and be able to do that as effectively as possible because you give this lifestyle consistent attention and effort. Whether you need to work on that full-time with accountability and support or just need to get started so you can soar on your own, what I do is take your needs and match them to my expertise. I offer a free consultation to chat about your goals, needs and readiness level before you even step foot in the gym so I can tell you how I can work for your needs.
Education
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with training in a multitude of exercise formats and materials, including dance, free weights, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more.
