Personal Trainer Overview
I’m a personal trainer based out of Decatur Georgia. I’m accepting clients who are looking to improve their movement quality and build strength through exercise.
Training Philosophy
I have a background in Strength Training specifically for the upper body.I specialize in rehabilitation. My desire is to help clients improve their movement quality by assisting with gaining regaining or maintaining mobility. I was born with Cerebral Palsy a condition that limits mobility but I have built enough strength to walk and change my life for the better.

I’m 29 years old from Thomaston Georgia. I have over 10 years of Fitness experience. I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of 9 months. I have been able to maintain a high level of excellence in spite of my various obstacles. I look forward to helping others reach their goals and succeed.
