Training Philosophy
As a competitor in physique and bodybuilding contest over the past 3 years I have learned various styles of health and wellness to help you reach your goals. Fitness/Conditioning assessment (history, testing) Setting short-term and long-term, S.M.A.R.T. goals. Program design consisting of Anaerobic exercises such as resistance/weight training and Aerobic or cardiovascular training. In addition to that I have over 3 years training with specific population targets Sport-specific (agility, strength, coordination) functional exercises for seniors (10 essential Exercise for Seniors, Balance and Fall Prevention) Ongoing and safe exercise technique instruction. Hands on approach to training and fitness. Continuous assessment and tweaking of the program along with positive motivation.

NESTA Certification. Attended the Cooper Institution 5 day Training class. Expert in healthy eating and weight management. Over 3 years experience training individuals from various backgrounds.
Bio
I am a full-time Fitness/Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and NPC National Competitor based in Dallas, Texas. Thanks to my many successful years of coaching and training people of all ages and abilities, I have considerable expertise in helping others successfully reach their fitness goals. I am very accessible, through various forms of social media (Instagram, Kik messenger, Skype) I believe in excellent communication with my clients and provide 24/7 communication support in addition to our in-person sessions. We can meet at your home, at the local gym or outdoors in a park. If you live in an apartment complex we can even use your facilities. Unlike corporate fitness clubs and gyms that lock you into lengthy contracts, I work with a small number of clients so that we can work more closely together and avoid the “Work on these at home and I will see you in a week” approach to fitness coaching. As your Personal Fitness Coach, it is my responsibility to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Whether you are a baby boomer who has not worked on your fitness since your high school PE class, a senior who wants to improve your balance and prevent the chance of a fall, or a middle or high school student who wants to get fit to try out for a club soccer team, I will be your coach, instructor, trainer, friend and motivator. I am sincerely committed to making your fitness goals my highest priority.
