Personal Trainer Overview

Through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and various other training methods that build and improve anaerobic cardio systems, V02 Max, and endurance my clients not only melt fat away every session but gain lean muscle tone that helps them to keep the weight off.

I believe in using cross-training methods that incorporate resistance training and un-conventional exercise formats.

Training Philosophy

I believe that being fit and healthy is a lifestyle not a chore. My clients learn to bask in the time they spend putting themselves first and letting others encourage them to heights they never thought possible.

Training goes from something they dreaded to something they look forward to.

To be fit and healthy requires 3 main components not one miracle diet in a bottle. The components are cardio, nutrition, and resistance training. This is why all of my clients programs include each of these components. Nutrition plans are free to my clients because it shouldn't cost you to be educated on what eat to help you obtain your dream body.

I also let my clients know that nothing worth having is obtained overnight and if they have the will to change then I will get them there. If they bring the drive I will keep them motivated until we exceed that goal! After that they will have the know how to keep those results for the rest of their lives.

Nothing motivates me more then a client who never quits. My goal is to see everyone look in the mirror and feel content in their own skin and know that their quality of life is above normal.

At my gym my clients are a family and a support system to each other just as much as I am as their trainer. This is a place you can call home!

Bio

I was raised in a competitive family and participated in competitive cheer, dance, & swim team. I fell in love with resistance training in a high school sports performance elective. Raised by my Triathlete and bodybuilding stepdad I learned early the value of nutrition and hard work.

It has always been my life's passion to help others. While obtaining my degree in psychology I began personal training and realized my passion had shifted from psychologist to fitness coach.

After following my dream to open my own fitness studio over 16 months ago, I now have moved into a 3,000 sq. ft. prime building in downtown Huntington Beach, Ca.
