Stoney Eskew grew up in NorthEast CO, has played sports all of her life and battled her weight as well. She has tried many 'diets' and competed in NPC Figure Competitions. Stoney has finally found the long lasting approach to being healthy and fit and it's not in any 'diet' out there! Stoney has helped hundreds of people lose weight, feel great, get healthier, and in some cases completely change their lives!
