Personal Trainer Overview

Sweat Republik has a unique way of training. Stevi (owner) like to keep every workout interesting and challenging. She mixes cardio with weight training and reps with times exercises. Every workout you are left feeling accomplished and better than you were when you started.

Training Philosophy

Sweat Republik's training philosophy is simple. If you eat healthy and exercise regularly you will feel better, sleep better, look healthier, and feel more positive about life. Stevi likes to keep her clients on their toes. She uses a mix of cardio and weight training workouts and changes up the routines. She believes in easy access workouts. Workouts you can do at home and/or the gym. It is important to take away the excuse "I just don't have time". To do this she creates programs that are convenient and can fit right into a busy schedule.

Education

She attended Florida State University where she graduate with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sport Management. She also competed on the FSU Women's Swim Team during her four years of undergrad. She has learned most of her skills from her swimming days at Florida State and carry's those skills into to every workout she creates.

Bio

Stevi has played sports her entire life. She attended Florida State University where she competed on the FSU Women's Swim Team during her four years of undergrad. She has learned most of her skills from her swimming days at Florida State and carry's those skills into to every workout she creates. She lived abroad for 4 years while her husband played professional basketball. She was able to work with and train many different people around the world. She loves to share and bring every aspect of fitness she learned from different parts of the globe.
