How we do this will be different for everyone.
If a training method or philosophy works for someone, we'll use it, until it's not working anymore, and then we'll find something else that does. We train people to exercise foe a lifetime, so chances are you're probably going to want a few different ways to train during that period. We just help you find a good fit as you go along.
Training Philosophy
We don’t believe in aging gracefully, we believe that there is absolutely no reason that you can't get faster, stronger, bigger, better. That you should be trying to challenge yourself physically till the day you die. That there is no reason why you can't do something at 75 that you weren't capable of at 25. That you shouldn't be watching your kids and grandkids play, you should be playing with them.
