Training Philosophy

The majority of the sessions will involve standing because doing so will burn an additional 30 percent of calories. When you feel tired, place your hands atop your head and you will feel rejuvenated to do more. Walking adds approximately 7 years to your life. These things would not be taken for granted, but would be added to the client's lifestyle for ongoing maintenance. You want to live long for yourself, your family and your friends, so my primary objective is to help you do so wholesomely and authentically.

Education

I graduated from Oakland University in 2012. I'm affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise and I've volunteered for non-profit groups for 12 years.

Initially, I planned to become a Doctor in Physical Therapy, but I decided to help people in this current route. To the client's advantage, I have a background in Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy, Physiology, Statistics and Pre-Calculus. In other words, I figure out your greatest possible solutions about your health so you can live for yourself, family and friends.

Bio

I had a stuttering issue as a child, but I overcame it. I wanted to be a Doctor, but I joined an internship and learned personal training instead; this lead to the start of something special. I've worked with elementary, middle and high school students, police officers, military veterans and other volunteer associations. For example, I helped a client lose over 100 pounds; everything depends on whether or not you're serious about getting your problems solved or not. I enjoy meeting people face-to-face and building rapport with their families; I want to solve their problems and ease their pain.
