Personal Trainer Overview
As an in-demand personal trainer, I have cultivated a loyal client base due to my reputation for producing exceptional results that include:

• Accelerating the safe rehabilitation of individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses and surgeries

Training Philosophy
After years of training clients, reading about new fitness workouts and studies. Working with other fitness professionals and physiotherapists I created my own fitness programs.
Most of my programs include free weights, kettlebells, TRX and body weight.
But before I train any clients I will do a fitness assessment where we find out what type of body they have. This assessment includes a simple full body flexibility test followed by a simple strength test.
Also, it's important for me to know what goals my client has.
