Personal Trainer Overview

I specialize in personal training and nutrition coaching for individuals looking for weight loss. I have found that individuals who have trouble maintaining a healthy weight are following the wrong lifestyle habits. It is these habits that over time, has led them to have trouble with their weight management. My approach is to coach individuals in order to "TAKE THE EXIT" from old lifestyle habits and train them fitness, lifestyle, and nutritional habits to get them back to a healthy weight. My clients are not only left with weight loss results, but also with new lifestyle habits that will help them manage their weight for a lifetime. Every client is treated with utmost care and dedication and I provide them results through a friendly, educational, and innovative experience.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is that you are the Sum of Your habits. The person you are right now is just a side effect of the way you think and act. These physical and mental habits can be changed. And when you change those behaviors you change who you are both on the inside and out.

Education

I have my bachelor's of science degree from the University of Guelph. My educatuion focused on exercise physiology and sports nutrition. My personal training experience focuses on weight loss strategies (both from the psychological standpoint and diet/physical training). I coach people in lifestyle management, sports conditioning, group fitness, corrective exercises for improving posture and muscle imbalances, and power lifting. I have a deep understanding of weight training techniques including TRX, kettle bells, stability balls, weights, ect.
