Personal Trainer Overview

My mission is to help women be educated enough to lead a balanced lifestyle whilst still achieving a bikini body all year round.

I have over 7 years of fitness industry experience in coaching, training and competing. Put simply, my goal is to transform the lives of women all around the world through individually tailored training and nutrition protocols.

My mission in life is to encourage women to unleash their true potential. By choosing to commit to correct training, nutrition and mindset, you are rewarding yourself with a commitment to wellbeing for the long-term. I understand that these changes can be daunting, but rest assured as I will be with you every step of the way. Together, we will help you to achieve the results you have always dreamt of but never quite achieved.

There are certainly no quick fixes or aggressive approaches here!

Bio

My story doesn’t start with the typical“ I was always into sports”. In fact until my mid 20s I was into everything else but exercising, eating well or anything that relates to healthy lifestyle. I simply didn’t care much about it.

I’m a living proof that you don’t need to have any special skills, sports background, or even good genetics to conquer a health and wellness lifestyle. All you need is to put in the hard work!

I was born and raised in Bulgaria, a beautiful country in Eastern Europe. Growing up and during my College years I was lucky enough to just be skinny no matter what I did. I lived a typical collage life, partying all the time, eating whatever, not exercising ( no time for this nonsense lol ).

I first came to America in 2012 and I fell in love with everything here. My life completely changed in 2014 when I made the decision to leave everything behind, family, friends, education, my entire life and everything I knew, and move to the States. And just like that I started my life from scratch at age of 23 on the other side of the ocean. With the new responsibilities, the different lifestyle, the busy schedules, the huge amounts of unhealthy foods. I found my body changing on a way I didn’t like and I've never experienced before.

I started going to the Gym but had no idea what to do, I would walk in, look around and feel like every single person around me was so fit and they all new what they were doing but Me. I remember feeling so intimidated so I would just do some cardio and leave. The weights really scared me. This went on for a while and Of course it played a huge role in my motivation as well.

This is when I decided to actually educate myself. I started from scratch, again lol. I was learning about how our bodies work in general, about the connection between exercise and nutrition, how important the mind-body connection is in order to achieve a fitness goal or any goal.

Today changing lives through fitness is My Love, passion and motivation. I would not change a single second of how I got here. I believe that Everything in life is a Process and everything we go through brings us closer to our best selfs.
