Personal Trainer Overview
I emphasize the technique that is called Motivational Interviewing to be sure that any prospective client is ready for basic behavior change when under the direction of my service and expertise.
Training Philosophy
I'm a coach as well as a personal trainer. There is a difference between the two. A coach has the skill to motivate a client when they understand their own readiness to embark upon the behavior change to improve lifestyle.
A personal trainer is a skilled practitioner who understands correct prescription writing for the bio mechanical needs of particular muscular imbalances.
When the client and coach read each other, the dance begins.
