Training Philosophy
We will determine your current fitness level, measure you, weigh you, and calculate your BMI and percentage of body fat. We will help you set your fitness goals and develop a plan to help you meet them. We have a registered dietician on staff who offers an extensive nutritional evaluation and can teach you a healthy eating plan based on science, not on fads. If injuries or pain are interfering with your workouts, we have a chiropractor on staff that can help you overcome them.
Expect to be inspired and motivated. Expect to be pushed to reach your goals. Unlike gym trainers that lead you around machines or watch you walk on a treadmill, we interact with you. We challenge you. We constantly develop fresh routines to keep you from getting bored and to prevent training plateaus.
