Personal Trainer Overview

Welcome to 1 on 1 Fitness Studio. As our name implies, we offer one on one personal training. Just you, a qualified certified trainer, and a clean, well-equipped studio located in a professional wellness center. If you have ever wished that you could have the whole gym to yourself, this is your opportunity. If you feel uncomfortable training in a crowded, dirty gym, or if you are intimidated by bodybuilders watching your training session, this is your place. Training Philosophy

Whether you need to lose weight, tone, improve flexibility, overcome an injury, or take your workouts to the next level, we can help you achieve your fitness goals. From young to old, from couch potato to seasoned athlete, we have a training program to suit your needs.

We will determine your current fitness level, measure you, weigh you, and calculate your BMI and percentage of body fat. We will help you set your fitness goals and develop a plan to help you meet them. We have a registered dietician on staff who offers an extensive nutritional evaluation and can teach you a healthy eating plan based on science, not on fads. If injuries or pain are interfering with your workouts, we have a chiropractor on staff that can help you overcome them.

Expect to be inspired and motivated. Expect to be pushed to reach your goals. Unlike gym trainers that lead you around machines or watch you walk on a treadmill, we interact with you. We challenge you. We constantly develop fresh routines to keep you from getting bored and to prevent training plateaus. I have been practicing chiropractic for the over 25 years with a focus on fitness and improving performance. Obtained cerfications from NSCA as a CPT and CSCS. Own and operate chiropractic clinic and fitness studio. Avid runner and triathlete.
