I train and treat each person as a unique set of circumstances. Many paths can lead you to your goal. My job is to find the best one for you. My program design begins with an assessment of your current skills and abilities. I have a systematic plan I utilize in my program design that ensures safe and continual progress. Each workout builds upon the prior to ensure safe and maximal progress.
Training Philosophy
I have learned to use whatever my client and I have available to train them. I can use a person's own body to give them a great workout or the most advance weight training and cutting edge tools. I am very adaptable to what is accessible. For the vast majority of my clients I integrate training and nutrition, as this yields the quickest and greatest long term results. I try to implement real life strategies that will yield lasting change.

I have trained thousands of clients and tens of thousands of trainers over a career that spans 20+ years in fitness. I was the team nutritionist to the NY Yankees in 2007 and have mentored many in the fitness biz to become outstanding leaders in their field. I practice what I preach and strive to find realistic, sustainable solutions for one's long term fitness.
