Bio
Through my years of training and education, I developed a deep appreciation for functional fitness, strength training, and mobility work—essential components of both athletic performance and everyday movement. My studies in Human Movement Sciences and Quality of Life allowed me to expand my expertise beyond combat sports, focusing on exercise physiology, biomechanics, and performance training.
I later earned certifications from Alterlife Fitness Academy, specializing in functional training and personal coaching, and I’m proud to be a certified fitness professional recognized by the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS). Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners looking to lose weight to athletes aiming to enhance their performance.
My mission as a personal trainer is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or improved athleticism, I tailor every program to your individual needs, making sure you stay motivated and enjoy the process.
