Personal Trainer Overview

Our mission is to guide you from a place of inefficient training and vague fitness goals to a state of targeted, measurable growth through intelligent workout plans, precise nutrition strategies, and personal accountability. You need something that works for you and fits with your schedule. You also have to see results while eating what you like and navigating a packed schedule, which we show you how to do.

We have spent years figuring out what works and what doesn't, implementing the same methods in our own regimens. And unlike other in-person trainers or do-it-yourself courses, our trainers are personally available to you 24/7. Unless you deliberately self-sabotage your process, you are GUARANTEED results. We stand by that guarantee. Together, we'll defy the aging process, helping you achieve a physique like you've never imagined.

Training Philosophy

As a certified personal trainer, my approach is focused on helping clients build a sustainable, inclusive fitness lifestyle that emphasizes strength, endurance, and functional movement. I incorporate a blend of bodyweight training, strength work with weights, mobility, and balance exercises to create well-rounded programs. Group fitness and yoga are key elements I include, fostering not only physical improvement but also a sense of community and mental wellness.

This is done initially with in person, hands on training, eventually shifting to virtual platforms allowing the client to become more independent and gain the skills they will use for the rest of their lives in order to reach their goals of being stronger, more capable individuals for the rest of their life.

I also believe fitness should be enjoyable, so I integrate fun, game-like exercises that keep clients engaged and motivated. This playful approach ensures training remains exciting and approachable, while still delivering long-term benefits. My aim is to help clients lead longer, happier lives where they are stronger, more resilient, and capable of doing the things they love for years to come.

Bio

Sarah Reintjes-Tolen brings a diverse skill set to her work, with years of experience as a triathlete, endurance athlete, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. She particularly enjoys assisting clients and overcoming injuries and other obstacles, guiding them towards smarter training methods and empowering them to age with strength and resilience. Sarah's Specialties include triathlon, endurance racing, injury awareness and recovery, group fitness, nutrition, functional fitness for aging populations and yoga. with her expertise and genuine dedication to her clients, Sarah is driven by helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, lead healthier lives and have fun doing it. outside of training Sarah enjoys spending time with her rescued giant pythons, photography, creating mixed media art and Wildlife Conservation trips abroad.

Joe Loomis brings 20+ years of experience to the table to include bodybuilding, endurance training, and military prep. His specialty is hypertrophy training, crafting the most efficient programs designed to build muscle reliably. He began personal training to show people what they are capable of achieving with the right guidance, making fitness less of a task and more of a vitality-instilling lifestyle. On the personal side, he is a father and Navy Veteran. In addition to gym time, he enjoys a plethora of outdoor activities such as trail running, fishing, and kayaking. He is a Harley guy that absolutely loves to ride, and also raises big snakes.
