We have spent years figuring out what works and what doesn't, implementing the same methods in our own regimens. Training Philosophy
This is done initially with in person, hands on training, eventually shifting to virtual platforms allowing the client to become more independent and gain the skills they will use for the rest of their lives in order to reach their goals of being stronger, more capable individuals for the rest of their life.
I also believe fitness should be enjoyable, so I integrate fun, game-like exercises that keep clients engaged and motivated. This playful approach ensures training remains exciting and approachable, while still delivering long-term benefits. My aim is to help clients lead longer, happier lives where they are stronger, more resilient, and capable of doing the things they love for years to come.

Bio
Joe Loomis brings 20+ years of experience to the table to include bodybuilding, endurance training, and military prep. His specialty is hypertrophy training, crafting the most efficient programs designed to build muscle reliably. He began personal training to show people what they are capable of achieving with the right guidance, making fitness less of a task and more of a vitality-instilling lifestyle. On the personal side, he is a father and Navy Veteran. In addition to gym time, he enjoys a plethora of outdoor activities such as trail running, fishing, and kayaking. He is a Harley guy that absolutely loves to ride, and also raises big snakes.
