I have been in the fitness industry since the age of 18 and I love what I do!
Training Philosophy
I believe that there are no limits to what we can achieve if we work hard, train properly and have discipline. Our health is our wealth! And after losing my father too cancer in 2008 I made a shift in my personal training career to help women battling cancer. Most with breast cancer and I take so much pride in helping women get there health, confidence, strength and full range of motion back after a mastectomy. Believing in one self and pushing threw the rough spots is the back bone of my philosophy! Where the mind goes the body follows!
