Personal Trainer Overview
Sally Symonds is “One of Australia’s leading health and fitness experts” (Good Health magazine) and one of the few people who has lost over 50% of their original body weight and kept it off for a decade.
Let me show you how to “Love Your Weight Loss” with her online weight loss system so you too can become one of “those people” who never have to worry about their weight again!
Training Philosophy
Online weight loss coaching isn’t personal training: it’s more holistic and less rigid. Rather than forcing you to adopt a strict diet and punishing exercise routine, an online weight loss coach gives you the tools to transform your body and your mind. It improves your exercise confidence, teaching you to engage with exercise more fully, and shows you how to eat sensibly without denying yourself.
The success of online weight loss coaching lies in the sense of ownership it gives you. A coach doesn’t tell you what to do—instead, they empower you to make your own decisions about healthy eating and exercise, giving a much-needed boost to your self-efficacy and self-esteem. With confidence and knowledge, you’re much more likely to succeed. Online weight loss coaching breaks the normal rules!
Education
Originally from a cattle property, Sally’s diverse background also includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature, a Master of Arts, an ASDA (Associate in Speech and Drama Australia), an LSDA (Licentiate in Speech and Drama Australia) and in 2002 Sally was awarded the Rhoda Felgate Memorial Scholarship enabling her to study accents and dialects with the legendary Bill Pepper, Head of Voice at NIDA in Sydney. All of these things have undoubtedly contributed to her unique and creative approach to weight loss. Sally is also a qualified personal trainer, wellness coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) practitioner.
In the business world, Sally is regularly engaged as a highly regarded corporate consultant in the areas of success, motivation and work-life balance as well as health and fitness issues.
Bio
You see, I spent the first 30 years of my life battling my weight. In July 2002, I was 106.5 kg and diagnosed as morbidly obese—that’s the medical term for someone who’s so obese that they are likely to die from it. I decided I needed to take control of my life—and weight—not just for then, but forever. And that’s exactly what I did and that's exactly what I show you how to do in "Love Your Weight Loss".
