Personal Trainer Overview

Having spent years as a professional dancer, I understand the importance of form and technique. I specialize in Aaron Mattes Active-Isolated technique, cardio and weight training for women and men. I will develop a unique program specific to your needs, that will create a lifetime of good health.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is to find a program that works for you that you will adhere to. Part of accomplishing that is helping you to understand and feel the benefits of exercise. Helping my clients to understand these benefits and keeping them motivated is what I do best. What motivates me is seeing you get motivated so you can feel better about yourself and your life.

Education

I plan to attend a Doctorate program for Physical Therapy next summer, so I have been immersed in physical science classes for the past couple of years. Having been a former dancer and Personal Trainer in NYC, I have experience in many techniques including Pilates, Stability ball, Yoga, Body Sculpting, Functional Training, Geriatric Training and Injury Prevention.
