I started Sandbox Training almost 10 years ago; now being in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. I wanted to create a positive atmosphere where people are not intimidated and are able to get the best workout designed just for them and can get nutrition advice at the same stop! At Sandbox Training, we have succeeded in doing exactly that and our clients show their success with their amazing results.
