Personal Trainer Overview
Strongpoint CrossFit provides a mixed-modal core strength and conditioning program that is sure to help you attain the results you desire be it general fitness, weight loss, or sports performance. The classes will be a blend of cardiovascular training, weight training, calisthenics, and basic gymnastic movements conducted in a group setting. The training will be high-intensity, constantly varied, and functional in nature. Strongpoint offers individual nutritional counseling and periodic seminars in a broad range of relevant topics to round out the athletes’ experiences.
Training Philosophy
While intense, training can be scaled to appeal to a wide variety of ages and abilities. The needs to the Olympic athlete and a grandmother differ by degree; not kind. Both must move their bodies and external objects to function day-to-day. Athletes generally experience better body composition, bone density, and a variety of other objective measures of health and wellness. Each patron will be trained like an athlete and the benefits will carry over into their day-to-day lives. Whether the prospective customer is looking for the means to reduce their run time on a 5K or increase their strength, Strongpoint CrossFit offers training to facilitate meeting any goal.
