By providing in-home personal training sessions, we bring the equipment to you at the most convenient time! With a focus on weight loss and weight management, we also have experience in athletic performance, strength training, plyometrics, and HIIT.

Training Philosophy

I believe in the 80/20 rule: if you are working out and eating properly 80% of the week, then you will get sustainable results. Achieving fitness results is about balancing all areas of health: exercise, nutrition, mental health, and personal habits. BrewerFit helps clients understand how all of these factors work together and the methods of finding the balance between them.

I began taking care of my body when I was 16 after my aunt passed away from a heart attack. Since then I have dedicated my life to exercise and healthy habits in order to prevent this from happening to other people.

Bio

Hey everyone, my name is Ryan Brewer. I am the founder of BrewerFit Training & Coaching. I currently have a personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. I’ve been training people for over 4 years, worked at three large gyms, and recently started this company to help people who can’t make it to the gym everyday. I’ve been on Fox New’s “Get Fit with Fox” segment multiple times where I demonstrated various forms of exercise. My specialities include weight loss, muscle building, strength exercise, and high performance workouts.

I’m originally from Baltimore, MD and went to high school in York County, PA. I went to Penn State, then joined the army where I served as a linguist. After getting out, I pursued my personal training certification since health and fitness has always been a passion of mine!

I also have a lot of fun doing things that aren’t fitness related, including traveling, sports, reading, and going to the movies. I’m a huge advocate for rest and self-care as I believe going 100% all the time wears people out. That’s why I preach the 80/20 rule for fitness: eat well and exercise 80% of the time and you’ll be able to sustain your goals. That 20% of freedom allows us to be human and recharge!
