Bio
Realizing how much potential I had to become even more physically fit, I challenged myself to run a marathon in the summer of 2006. I was able to complete the 26.2 mile race in 3 hours and 55 minutes, averaging 9 minute miles throughout the duration. I accomplished this by training myself to run 3 miles twice a day and running nearly 13 miles on Sundays and also by incorporating a little bit of weight training for runners and a runners diet.
For the next couple of years, I was a college student and was able to maintain a runners physique with some incorporation of weight training. It wasn't until my junior year of college that I started to seriously get involved with weight training rather than relying on solely running as my form of exercise. This opened up my view on the benefits of weight training and resulted in me becoming completely addicted to the sport of bodybuilding. Over the past 5 years, I have managed to put on 72 pounds of muscle through weight training regiments I was able to create myself. With this being said, I believe I am able to call myself a dedicated bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast with a great passion to be able to reach out and help others with their physical fitness endeavors.
By putting in the required dedication, passion, and hard work in order to achieve my own goals of physical fitness, I want to be able to take that same enthusiasm and implement it with you so you also can achieve your goals and dream physique!
