Personal Trainer Overview
Speed & Agility, strength & conditioning, movement prep, injury rehab. Focus is on high school athletes (male or female) wanting to take their game to the next level.
Training Philosophy
I can tell a lot about an athlete by watching the way they move. For multi-sport or single sport athletes, focus is on fixing muscle imbalances improving flexibility and gaining efficiency of movement. A lot of bodyweight exercises, some sport specific training, gym work. Mental focus and nutrition are also part of the training.

Bio
Former hockey player, 20 years experience as a soccer coach. Currently work with high school athletes for college recruiting. Have recently added athletic training in order to provide a complete service to student athletes looking to get recruited.
