I believe proper movement is the key to success, no matter what your goals. All my programs, whether they're related to weight loss, strength gains, rehab/prehab, sports performance, or CrossFit, are focused around getting your body to function correctly.

My life tends to be dictated by what I believe will challenge me to learn and improve myself.
I started coaching and personal training because I felt the health and fitness industry was (and frankly, still is) a mess. I wanted to take on the challenge of deciphering the valuable information from the B.S. and in turn share that with my athletes and clients.
I co-founded 202strong because I wanted the challenge of starting a business from scratch, as well as the challenge of teaching my coaches best practices for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
