Personal Trainer Overview

I like to implement a variety of body weight exercises along with functional movement and weight training to get the greatest advancement in your training goals. In my training you will cycle through a total body workout regardless of who you are or your fitness level. You can achieve peak physical condition in a very short time with a fun, personal training and basic nutrition.

Your body is the vehicle that will carry you through the rest of your life. Choosing a lifestyle of health and activity is the greatest investment you can make in determining an optimal quality of life. I want to help my clients overcome challenges and reach all their goals.

As a trainer, it's important to mix daily workout routines to keep your body guessing. Like any other living thing, the body adapts rather quickly. In order to see improvements, you need to keep the body guessing. I do this by mixing new and old training ideas so you get the best work out every day you train.

My name is Robert Childress and I have dealt with being overweight, having high blood pressure, being stressed and having low energy. Once I discovered the effectiveness of working out my life changed forever.
