My name is Robert and I am a Golf Fitness Professional.
I am a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor by The Titleist Performance Institute and a Certified Personal Trainer by The Coopers Institute, Dallas Texas. Both are outstanding educational institutions that excel in their pursuit of fitness and health...Check them out!
My training methods are golf specific and designed to complement the movements and core strength needed to perform a powerful and consistent golf swing.
I have developed my individual style and methods based on my personal knowledge of the game after 20 years of playing, my Titleist TPI training and working with Paul Hendricks (One of the top golf specific Physical Therapist in the USA) at the Golf Performance Academy of Austin.
I use a Titleist golf fitness evaluation to created custom golf specific workouts and I use sensible nutritional plans to achieve weight loss and health goals for players of all Handicap levels.
I have worked with many levels of golf fitness clients in Austin.
I love golf and enjoy helping players achieve their goals.
