Personal Trainer Overview

I specialize in running training for all distances from 5k's to ultra's and triathlons. My training will keep you motivated, keep you moving and keep your heart rate up. Strength training is key for everyone, athlete or not.

Training Philosophy

I believe you should enjoy your training. It should keep you motivated and challenged. It should be fun while helping you reach all your fitness goals. The workouts are never the same, always challenging always moving and keeping the body guessing.

B.S. in Exercise Science Minor in Physical Sciences.

Bio

I'm have a B.S. degree from Norther Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. I worked in orthopedic rehab physical therapy as a P.T. tech all through college. This really helped me develop my passion for the health and fitness field. Being physically fit is so important to me. I also teach at the local community college in Diet and Exercise, Wellness, Kinesiology and Health Promotion, Indoor Cycling, Weight/Strength Training and Personal Training.

I'm a runner mostly but also love a good hard strength training session. I ran my first ultra marathon (50 miles) last year. I loved it and am searching for the next challenge. Iron Man, Western States 100? We will see.

I have a passion for health and fitness. I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals.
