Movement and what you put in your body make up the majority of why you've become stagnant and can't move past your current state. There is a process to follow to get you where you need to go. Allow me to put you on the right path for your next run, obstacle course race, endurance event, sports competition, or step in life.
Training Philosophy
If you're not moving towards your health and fitness goals then you need a someone to guide you towards the right path. Hard work and dedication is necessary to stay on the path and negotiate obstacles in your way. There are no gimmicks here and the journey may take a little time. I'm not going to sugar coat things to get your money, only give you the right advice and the tools to succeed on your own. I want you to eventually have the knowledge and confidence to continue on your own. A combination of a healthy lifestyle, strength training, conditioning, cardiovascular activity, and nutritional coaching will set you up in a way you can't go wrong.

Working on my masters in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology in Human Performance at the University of Florida.
Obtained my BSc at Nova Southeastern University in Exercise and Sport Science.

Ex-military special forces candidate. I've trained for Ultra-endurance sports, powerlifting, and crossfit. Was a fitness training for any kind of group X class you can think of.
