Personal Trainer Overview
As a fully qualified REPs Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer of 5 years, I really enjoy working with a wide range of clients from every part of the ability spectrum. I offer a bespoke service to every one of my clients, tailoring training sessions to the individual needs of my clients. I like to focus around your goals, getting you what you want with the best possible training method. Training sessions with me are fun, invigorating, informative and always challenging.
It does not matter whether you are at the start, middle or near the end in reaching your goal, it is about the journey to get you where you want to be!
Training Philosophy
To me the fundamental philosophy with training is getting the basics right. That can mean simply improving technique, or increasing range of motion, but it can also be engaging muscles in the correct sequence or getting a client to understand what is lacking and what is holding them back.
I believe, and it is my experience that, should if the basics are built upon a client will go far further than they would have imagined. Attention to the little details is what leads to success at the end!

Bio
I am an experienced Personal Trainer of 5 years. I have competed in swim and run events as well as having a background playing amateur football. However, I am not your average trainer. I am not naturally sporty or athletically gifted. In fact, during my teenage years I was overweight and that continued throughout my university years. I believe that everyone can better themselves physically from where they are, with the right support and encouragement.
