I provide a Signature Series of Indoor-Outdoor Personal Training Programs in Los Angeles which I custom fit to your body through assessments and progression modules.

My company, CityFit LA, is known for our ACTIVE LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS which cater to athletes as well as individuals who are just starting to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. I CUSTOM DESIGN our engaging fitness programs that increase your longevity and hit your goals, and can come TRAIN DIRECTLY WITH THE DESIGNER. I work indoors or outdoors, your choice. My sessions are KID AND DOG FRIENDLY. I make the healthy lifestyle fun, convenient, and yours.

My custom designed health and fitness programs are distinctly CREATIVE and ENGAGING and I MIX THINGS UP and share with you creative Signature Exercises developed by and unique to CityFitLA.

- I explain the SCIENCE BEHIND THE EXERCISES so you will gain a deeper understanding behind the "why" of what you are doing. I also share a unique approach to feeling out the different muscles in your body.

- My ICREMENTAL PROGRESSION METHODOLOGY ensures that wins occurs every session to boost motivation and confidence, while using proven psychology techniques to motivate and reinforce.

- I leverage our city in unique ways to promote healthy lifestyles.

- My locations are INTIMATE SPACES with NO CROWDS and NO WAIT TIMES for equipment.

- I am FRIENDLY and have a contagious POSITIVE ATTITUDE and am results-oriented. I emphasize the building of strong mental mindsets in addition to your body.

- I understand life happens and responsibilities don't go away when we have a whim to workout. This is why I have made my membership-free training boutique family friendly, allowing clients to bring along their kids and dogs whenever they want.

- We see the best results when we encourage a HOLISTIC APPROACH which is why I offer fitness and nutrition coaching, meal plan recommendations, gym design services, education through our newsletter and blog, fitness activities for your kids and dogs, as well as support health causes.

Hi, my name is Rebecca. I inspire change, inspirit healthy living, and nurture personal growth. I custom design engaging fitness programs that increase your longevity and hit your goals. I work indoors or outdoors, your choice. My sessions are family friendly and dog friendly. I make the healthy lifestyle fun, convenient, and yours.

I have been a fitness coach for over 15 years with 4 certifications and counting. I have trained with famous trainers and instructors such as Kelly Roberts and Josh Taylor among many others. I am published in AskMen.com, among other publications. I have worked with clients from extremely sedentary, obese individuals, as well as those with physical limitations to marathon runners and athletes such as competitive figure skaters, soccer players and basketball players. I'm known for my positivity and engaging workouts. I excel in motivational techniques that keep my clients moving forward.
