Personal Trainer Overview
My philosophy towards fitness training is having the client train in a functional manner, safely and effectively.
I like to create different programs using my creativity and blend a variety of movements into a workout whether it be Resistance Training, Crossfit, Speed & Agility or MMA Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga.
Training Philosophy
Most Trainers forget the first word in PERSONAL TRAINER. I feel there's more to being a Trainer than just counting your client's reps while walking them from machine to machine. I spend countless hours devising and implementing fitness plans for my clients while connecting to their needs on a PERSONAL level.
I work 7 days a week and have the utmost passion in what I do. I do my best to motivate my clients to make them achieve their goals, gain confidence, self esteem and live a healthier lifestyle. My website displays some incredible results from my clients. I love what I do, it’s that simple!
Education
I am the founder and lead trainer of Staten Island's most successful weight loss program called FLAB 2 FAB ©. This is a contest I run at my gym that is based on the TV show, "The Biggest Loser"
I also run 3 very successful weekend boot camps:
"Survival of the Fittest" Boot Camp,
MMA / Kickboxing Boot Camp,
Obstacle Race Training Camp.
I do one on one and group fitness training.
